The History of Engineered Climate
After over 20 years of learning the HVAC trade working alongside his father Henry Zilka and brothers Ronnie (Heights Heating) and Wayne (Systematic Heating and Cooling), in 2000 Frank took a chance and started Engineered Climate LLC with a few trucks, a helper, and a shop in his garage.
Over the past 25 years, the company has thrived and stood strong against the ups and downs of the construction industry. Through the recession and pandemic, Engineered Climate continued to serve the community with quality service and honest business. After 45 years in the business, Frank has finally decided to hang up his tin snips and transition into retirement.
Acquired by Advanced Construction Group this March, Engineered Climate Heating – Air Conditioning will continue to offer the same excellent service our customers have come to expect as well as expand to be able to offer even more.
